Editable Behavior Contract

Date: February 2, 2016

This is a neat little behavior contract that can help a student to self-monitor their choices.  Or it can be used by the teacher to monitor a student’s behavior, as well as, tally the frequency of a certain behavior at any given point of the day.

It is editable.  So you can type up your own schedule and move the clip art around like you wish.  After keeping these for a few weeks, it is interesting to note the points within any given day that certain behaviors evidence themselves. This little contract collected over time can be a great source of data whether the student or teacher implements its use.
